Any and all pertinent information that is needed to fulfill a customers order, from the conception of the order being placed and up until the time it is shipped from our facility, must be in the customers account under that specific order number. All customers have the opportunity to place pertinent information in the Notes section when placing and order.
RomanPrinting.net assumes no responsibility if pertinent information is not placed within the customers specific order number. In many instances, customers will have e-mail communications, phone communications, fax communications, or any host of other ways of communicating with sales reps and customer service reps at RomanPrinting.net about job specific information, before during and after an order proceeds through the ROMAN PRINTING production process. RomanPrinting.net is not responsible for relaying any communication that is done between our employees and our customers as it relates to an order and pertinent and vital information with any and all job details, if it is not physically stated within the customers personal account under that specific order number.
It is the customers responsibility to place ALL pertinent and vital details in their specific order, and that is the only information that RomanPrinting.net is responsible for following, since the production process we undertake is solely relying on the information that clients give us in an order. ALL client orders are viewable by clients 24/7/365 and all information in those orders are viewable 24/7/365. Messages can be left in all orders by clients 24/7/365 to communicate with RomanPrinting.net about ANYTHING that is pertinent and vital to producing the clients order to their satisfactions, and this is the only information that RomanPrinting.net is responsible for following, and the only information that each and every client can hold us liable to follow.
Turnaround Times: ( top )
After your order has been placed, you will be asked to log-in to your account and upload your print files to us. Because we follow a strict production and press schedule the turnaround times are completely dependant upon your review and acceptance of your on-line PDF proof as follows:
- Order placed and electronic files uploaded by 1:00 p.m. PST.
- PDF on-line Proof sent for your review by no later than 10:30 a.m. PST the following morning.
- Client accepts PDF on-line Proof by 2:00 p.m. PST same day it is posted.
- Order ships 48 hours, 72 Hours, etc. after you approve your PDF on-line Proof. All turnaround times for printing are an approximation and are not guaranteed and can vary, also they are based on normal business days, Monday through Friday and excludes holidays.
To determine your products turnaround time, please go to that specific product’s page and look for the “TURNAROUND TIMES” listing, above the pricing matrix in the drop down menu.RomanPrinting.net is not responsible for delivery times by carriers such as UPS(United Parcel Service) etc. and you will need to check with them as to delivery time in your area.

Sales Tax: ( top )
All orders placed by CALIFORNIA customers are subject to the sales tax codes of the State of CALIFORNIA. The rate used in CALIFORNIA for all internet sales is 8.25%.
Payment Terms: ( top )
A credit card is the payment method accepted for all initial orders. RomanPrinting.net takes great pride in its method of security and on-line ordering communication with our clients. Rest assured, your order is 100% secure and your credit card information is safe with our on-line e-commerce system. We have verification and encryption for your credit safety. All credit cards payments will be billed immediately upon order placement.

Acceptance of orders is subject to credit card approval and/or our own internal credit approval, and contingencies such as fire, water, strikes, theft, vandalism, acts of God, and other causes beyond the control of RomanPrinting.net.
How can you offer such low prices and fast turnaround times? ( top )
Because we are a “gang run process” full color printing company, we are able to offer pricing structures and turnaround times that beat our competition. All orders are combined by “like kind“ and then printed on larger full size press sheets, and then final trimmed for each individual order. This process has all clients sharing in the overall fixed costs (platemaking, makeready, and presstime) of running that job, and aids in the speedy production process for all orders placed each and every day.

With the use of the RomanPrinting.net website and our custom on-line print ordering services, the Customer agrees and acknowledges that the Customer is the legal owner and/or licensee of ALL submitted artwork to RomanPrinting.net. The customer also relinquishes RomanPrinting.net of any legal liability related to copyright violation and/or infringement. The customer assumes sole responsibility and liability of ALL forms of submitted artwork to RomanPrinting.net.
How does RomanPrinting.net handle returns/refunds? ( top )
We go through a very rigorous process to try and ensure that each and every item that leaves our facility meets certain quality standards. Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If we verify after review that we made an error,we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.
Customer must notify RomanPrinting.net within 2 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered products or the claim will be denied.In order to receive replacement Customer must return 100% of the received product within 7 days(on their own expense) from the time when the ordered product was taken.All charges related to expedite printing(Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason.
What if I need to cancel an order? ( top )
If you cancel an order before we send you a PDF online soft proof, your account will be credited less a 5% cancellation fee (this percentage will be based on the total order amount). Once we have sent you a PDF online soft proof, you can cancel your order but you will be charged a $35 administrative fee, plus the 5% cancellation fee. After you have approved your PDF online soft proof we cannot offer a refund and must bill your credit card the full order amount. This is because we immediately send your job into pre-press production, once you approve the proof. All transactions and approval stages in our order entry process are recorded and time stamped in your customer administration section.
Production Schedules: ( top )
Production schedules will be established and followed by both the customer and RomanPrinting.net In the event that the customer does not adhere to the production schedules, delivery dates will be subject to renegotiation. There will be no liability or penalty for delays due to state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, strikes, accidents, action of government or civil authority, acts of God, or other causes beyond the control of RomanPrinting.net. In such cases schedules will be extended by an amount of time equal to the delay incurred.
Overruns and Underruns: ( top )
We ship more than the client ordered on most occasions.The printing industry standard is 10% over or under and they will normally charge for anything over the quantity ordered. If we ship extras it is FREE, but if you are doing a direct mail campaign that demands an exact count, RomanPrinting.net recommends you order overs to fulfill your needs.
Shipping addresses and P.O. boxes? (top)
RomanPrinting.net does not ship to P.O. boxes. If you place a P.O. Box in your shipping information we will notify you and this may delay your order.
Delivery: (top)
Unless otherwise specified, the price quoted is for a single shipment, without storage, and F.O.B. (freight on board) our plant. Proposals are based on continuous and uninterrupted delivery of the complete order. If the specifications state otherwise, RomanPrinting.net will charge accordingly at current rates. Charges for delivery of materials and supplies from the customer to RomanPrinting.net, or from the customer’s supplier to RomanPrinting.net, are not included in quotations unless specified. The Title (Invoice) for finished work passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier at shipping point, or upon mailing of invoices for the finished work or its segments, whichever occurs first.
Ship dates are established the day after RomanPrinting receives proof approval.
Corrections & Author’s Alterations: ( top )
If customer desires RomanPrinting.net to perform alterations to the original artwork supplied, all such changes will be charged at the rate of $50.00 per hour or any fraction thereof. Minimum design charge is $15.00.
Electronic File Integrity and Original Electronic Artwork: ( top )
It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain a copy of the original electronic artwork they supply to RomanPrinting.net. RomanPrinting.net is not responsible for accidental damage to media supplied by the customer or for the accuracy of furnished input or final output. Until RomanPrinting.net can evaluate digital input, no claims or promises are made about RomanPrinting.net’s ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format and no liability is assumed for problems that may arise.
RomanPrinting.net will ONLY work on customer’s supplied files if authorized to do so, and if the customer agrees to the charges that will be incurred for such alterations to be made.
All electronic files sent for printing will be deleted from our production process once a job is shipped. There is a $10 fee for each job you need us to electronically store and archive. Our standard protocol is that every time an order is placed, BRAND NEW electronic files must be sent to our production facility with that order. You should always keep an original file for your own safety, even if you want us to store and archive one for you.
Prep Materials: ( top )
All items supplied by the customer such as: plates, negatives, artwork, type, positives, cd’s, tape disks, and all other items supplied by RomanPrinting.net remain the exclusive property of RomanPrinting.net. We do not return any form of artwork unless you specifically request this at the time of your order. Clients are responsible for all shipment costs associated with artwork that needs to be returned.
Customer’s Property: ( top )
RomanPrinting.net will only maintain fire and extended coverage on property belonging to the customer while the property is in the possession of RomanPrinting.net. RomanPrinting.net’s liability for this property will not exceed the amount recoverable from the insurance. Additional insurance coverage may be obtained if it is requested in writing and if the premium is prepaid to RomanPrinting.net.
Claims & Liens: ( top )
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the customer in writing no later than 24 hours after delivery receipt. If no such claim is made prior to this 24 hours, RomanPrinting.net and the customer will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the customer acknowledges that the provider’s performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions, and specifications. The provider’s liability will be limited to the quoted selling price of defective goods, without additional liability for special or consequential damages. As security for payment of any sum due under the terms of an agreement, RomanPrinting.net has the right to hold and place a lien on all customer property in the possession of RomanPrinting.net. This right applies even if credit has been extended, notes have been accepted, trade acceptances have been made, or payment has been guaranteed. If payment is not made the customer is liable for all collection costs incurred.
Liability: ( top )
Disclaimer of Express Warranties: RomanPrinting.net warrants that the work is as described in the purchase order. The customer understands that all sketches, copy, dummies, and preparatory work shown to the customer are intended only to illustrate the general type and quality of work. They are not intended to represent the actual work performed.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties: RomanPrinting.net warrants only that the work conform to the description contained in the purchase order. RomanPrinting.net’s maximum liability, whether by negligence, contracts, or otherwise, will not exceed the return of the amount invoiced for the work in dispute. Under no circumstance will RomanPrinting.net be liable for specific, individual, or consequential damages.
If WE find that some type of production error or manufacturing defect in the items you received from RomanPrinting.net, we will gladly reprint this item at NO CHARGE. A link to a third party website is only for customer help and we do not guarantee , sponsor or warrant these websites as to content,quality, or functionality.
Indemnification: ( top )
The customer agrees to protect RomanPrinting.net from economic loss and any other harmful consequences that could arise in connection with the work. This means that the customer will hold RomanPrinting.net harmless and safe, indemnify, and otherwise defend her/him against claims, demands, actions, and proceedings on any and all grounds. This will apply regardless of responsibility for negligence.
Copyrights: ( top )
The Customer also warrants that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party. The customer also recognizes that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The customer further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold RomanPrinting.net harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided.
Personal or Economic right: ( top )
The customer also warrants that the work does not contain anything that is libelous or scandalous, or anything that threatens anyone’s right to privacy or their personal or economic rights. The customer will, at the customer’s sole expense, promptly and thoroughly defend RomanPriting.net in all legal actions on these grounds as long as RomanPrinting.net:
- Promptly notifies the customer of all legal action; and
- Gives the customer reasonable time to undertake and conduct a defense.
RomanPrinting.net reserves the right to use her/his sole discretion in refusing to print anything she or he deems illegal, libelous, scandalous, improper, or infringing upon copyright law.
RomanPrinting.net refuses to print or promote any form of pornographic images or nudity. RomanPrinting.net also reserve the right to reject orders that contain the strong use of written foul language and swear words, which is considered offensive to the general public.
Governing Law; Jurisdiction and Venue: ( top )
The rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by, and entering into a business transaction with RomanPrinting.net shall be construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Calfornia, excluding its conflict of laws rules to the extent such rules would apply the law of another jurisdiction. The parties hereto consent to the jurisdiction of all federal and state courts in California, and agree that venue shall lie exclusively in Torrance,California. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought and enforced only in the state and federal courts located in Torrance,California, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any argument that venue in any such forum is not convenient.
Attorneys’ Fees: ( top )
If any party hereto brings any suit, action, counterclaim, arbitration, or other proceeding relating to the enforcement or interpretation of any of the provisions of this business transaction, or relating to the subject matter of this business transaction, the prevailing party therein shall be entitled to recover a reasonable allowance for the attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses in addition to court costs. The “prevailing party” within the meaning of the Section includes without limitation a party who: (i) agrees to dismiss an action or proceeding upon the other’s payment of the sums allegedly due or performance of the obligations allegedly breached; or (ii) obtains substantially the relief that such party seeks. Any Consumer Business Dispute brought to the attention of the Los Angeles Better Business Bureau for arbitration will not be subject to attorney's fees.
